Scope It. Build It. Ship It. Maintain It.

Four meetings to build your financial plan. An agile process to keep it current.

Kickoff Meeting

01

We walk you through what a comprehensive plan includes, how our process works, and what to expect. You'll leave with a checklist to complete before our next meeting.

Think of this as the orientation: low commitment, high context. We cover the planning domains, show you how we manage tasks and priorities together, and show you how to get setup in our planning tool.

Inputs Meeting

02

We review your goals and financial data together, audit what's there, and identify what may be missing. By the end, we understand the shape of your financial life.

Did you skip insurance because you don't have it, or because you didn't upload it? We sort through what's complete and what needs attention so we can scope your plan accurately.

After Phase 2, we deliver your planning proposal — a statement of work reflecting your prioritized goals and the scope of your plan, along with the associated costs. You don't pay anything unless you choose to move forward in the process.

Insights Meeting

03

We share what we're seeing — directionally, not prescriptively — and open a dialogue about what matters most. The goal is to test ideas and gauge your comfort level before we formalize anything.

We might point out that your emergency fund is oversized, that your concentration risk is higher than you realized, or that there's a Roth conversion window worth exploring. This is a conversation, not a presentation.

Implementation Meeting

04

We present concrete recommendations with proposed sequencing and timelines, refine them based on your feedback, then publish your plan and begin executing together.

For complex situations, we may create additional materials — account consolidation flow charts, equity comp decision trees, or other visual guides — that help clarify what's happening and why.

Agile Planning

Your plan is never "done." Publishing it is the starting point, not the finish line.

Quick Start

One to two hours of meetings is typically all we need to get your plan started. No binder of documents required before we'll talk to you.

Meetings on Your Terms

We're 100% virtual. Some clients meet several times a year; others prefer quick check-ins by email or text. You choose the cadence.

Relentless Forward Motion

Every quarter, we identify the 2–3 most important priorities and break them into byte-sized tasks designed to actually get completed. Big lists rot. Small lists get done.

Always Evolving

New equity grants, a career move, a growing family, a market correction — we're constantly revisiting your plan as your situation changes.
